I developed this blogging system and first used it on really annoying shit dot com . I am not quite sure why I didn't just get one of the ones already out there like WordPress instead of spending time on it, but I enjoyed making it, despite that clumsy CSS oaf, Internet Explorer!

I should also admit, despite my early aversion to all things technical, I turned "geek", although my agent always corrects me with "Say guru". My actual background is in finance. I graduated from UCC with a Maths degree, and had no ambition other than wanting to sail the Yangtze River on a barge and to write a book. I did, however, qualify as an accountant, and my main career now is in interim management (by the way, I did get to sail the Yangtze, and more - I climbed to Uhuru Peak in Kilimanjaro, hiked South America, did the Amazon, discussed the b&w dress code with a gentoo penguin on the Antarctic continent - yuep, I like to travel ....)

Although I own this domain it does not have a mail server. I deleted it in 2005 as the domain was hijacked by the evil spammers. Any emails addressed to zorba the geek will bounce back to you. If you receive any they have not originated from here or from this server, they have been faked by the evil spammers.
